Our founder, May, grew up in a humble farming village along the Mekong River and began her journey in hospitality after years of hard work, resilience, and sacrifice. After rising through the corporate ranks, she came to a realization: the world of hospitality had too often lost its personal touch. In 2014, driven by a desire to create something more meaningful—where quality met passion—she left her corporate role and opened a modest food stall in Thailand, where every dish was infused with love and care.
